I freaking love this album. Trust me, it's unlike anything you've ever heard (unless you've heard the Pixies before). Few
bands (if any) could ever pull off the spastic energy of the Pixies, which is recklessly exhibited in their 2nd career album
Doolittle. A combination of ferocious vocals by Frank Black and consistenly surprising song structure is part of what makes
Pixies so great. Another major ingredient is their great use of dynamics in all their songs. Tracks like "Debaser"
and "Dead" especially point this out. This is extreme noise rock at it's pinnacle.

Key Tracks:
Debaser
Wave of Mutilation
Dead
Final Verdict: 9.8
