This two-person side project featuring Jimmy Tamborello and Ben Gibbard is an awesome indie-electronic collaborative effort.
The band was actually named after the duo's method of sending pieces of these songs to each other through the mail. Both artists
are very talented in their own fields of musical expertise. While Tamborello is a master of electronic sound, Gibbard is an
experienced lyricist and vocal counterpart. Give Up consists of 10 outstanding tracks, filled with addictive melodies and
intricate rhythms. Although it's unlikely that The Postal Service will make another album, this does not signify an end to
people listening to and loving this fantastic release.
